We are looking for a Fixed-Term Part-Time Receptionist to join our team from 27th January 2025 to 4th March 2025.
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients either within our own advice business, or nationally within the broader Infocus network. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service by greeting clients and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing the reception area by maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Coordinating meeting room bookings for internal and external team members and advisers
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Manage the Infocus Advisory email inbox
- Assist with administrative tasks to support other teams when required
Join our team in Maroochydore on a 7 month contract basis, (which may be extended) to help define & develop new functionality for our industry leading financial advice software.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, conduct workshops, analyse data and outputs, and design innovative solutions tailored to financial advice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for financial modelling, advice and supporting systems
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Support testing and quality assurance processes by defining test cases and validating outputs.
- Provide ongoing support for project delivery, including facilitating workshops and user training sessions.
As an experienced contract paraplanner you will provide the essential support to our adviser network by developing high-quality financial advice documents. These plans will include simple and complex strategies as well as financial modelling, where required.
